| Requirements: | Leads a FIT team. Publishes schedules and reminders of service. Makes assignments. Helps recruit train, and encourage team members. Must have leadership skills and abilities. Must have previous experience serving on a FIT team. |
| Responsibilities: | Responsible for recruitment and maintenance of team including periodic evaluation and training. Be willing to participate in yearly training. Communicate with team to find subs if people are out. |
